PUBLISHING A RESEARCH

Publishing a research on a top tier journal would be a great achievement. The process takes a long time examination of the journal being presented. As i have found out,[1] " Most manuscripts are rejected, often multiple times, before publication. Most academicians experience such failure and rejection. You should not take criticism as a personal attack, indeed, doing so may undermine your chances of success" (Stake,1986).
With this, its a warning and an advice for a person if he/she plans of submitting a research journal to be published.

a. Is it necessary?
b. Is it clear and complete?
c. Is there a simpler way to say this?
d. If there a shorter way to say this?

a.Methodology must be strong
b.Logic must follow rules.
Theory->Hypotheses->Tests->Results->Discussion
c.Make sure you are up-to-date with the
latest methods

It is equally important to enhance its impact by making the outcomes of your
research work easily accessible to your peers and the larger community. Your efforts and willingness
to genuinely share research outcomes with the community will lead to better citations to your work.
This inturn leads to other outcomes and recognitions such as increased chances of (a) receiving
invitations to present seminars and possibly keynote talks at conferences; (b) getting surprise emails
from prospective employers; (c) obtaining industrial consulting opportunities; (d) gaining media
attention; (e) winning grants, (f) attracting brilliant students, (g) receiving promotions
